Migrant workers mostly from Rio Grande, Texas. Come to Rantoul, Illinois. To work the cornfields. Most of the workers are Mexicans who live in the United States and migrate from Texas to work the fields. Many of these workers work under extreme situations. Some get sick from pesticides, others end up injured while working under extreme hot weather conditions and some and up dying on the job.
